Foraging and cooking
Depending on the season we will pick some ingredients from our farm, kitchen garden and woods to prepare a traditional 3 or 4 courses Central Italian lunch with local dishes and the best ingredients.
Menu varies also according to your tastes, preferences and previous knowledge.
Typically we prepare one or more types of pasta (tagliatelle, garganelli, ravioli and tortelloni, gnocchi) along with the best sauces to go with them.
Foraged greens and herbs are used in the fillings or in a second course.
A dessert always ends the meal that you'll prepare with us.
If you want to learn real Italian countryside cooking, without the commonplaces and having fun this is the right experience for you.
We will spend some hours together around good food and we're available to answer any question you may have about the dishes we're preparing and others you may have eaten or heard about.
