Osaka's famous takoyaki is made with octopus, shirasu, chikuwa, green onions, wiener sausages, etc. I eat dashimaki tamago for breakfast every morning. Miso soup is made with homemade miso. Tofu, wakame seaweed, etc. are put inside. Onigiri is made with homemade rice and various ingredients such as salmon and bonito. We eat breakfast every morning at home.

In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

The dough is made from flour, water, eggs, etc., and various ingredients such as cabbage and pork are added. For seasoning, eat it with sauce and mayonnaise after baking. You can make rice balls, seaweed rolls, etc. by cooking rice and making or rolling them yourself.

I live in Osaka with my two children, my husband and my grandmother. I started the class because I wanted people to know about Japanese home cooking, and I wanted them to eat delicious food. I work in a candy shop. My hobbies are traveling, camping and reading. Classes are held in my kitchen. We mainly make home-cooked meals such as rice balls, tamagoyaki, Osaka's famous takoyaki, and sushi rolls, and eat them in the tatami room. The nearest station is Ozaki Station on the Nankai Main Line, but we can pick you up at Rinku Town Station if you wish. Close to Kansai Airport. Please come and experience Japanese culture. thank you.
