Mariko
Hi, my name is Mariko.
I work as a University staff in Kobe.
I have 2 kids and cook almost everyday for my family. My interest in cooking brought me getting Chef's license of Japan in 2022, however I'm still practicing cooking by myself at home, haven't pursued a professional yet.
In my class, I will introduce you simple recipes and cook together with explaining clearly, so you can cook what you learned after backing home.
