The first step is to explain the precautions and menus.
First, we will show you a demonstration of traditional Japanese pressed sushi.(oshi-sushi)
Each person chooses his or her favorite ingredients while making the dish individually.
Party sushi, an adaptation of Japanese pressed sushi, is a perfect dish for home parties overseas.

★★★I learned some new ways of how to make sushi in the sushi class of Yuka. However, I only made one of the 3 sushi varitions by myself, and Yuka made the other 2 variations with me watching. So I would rather call it a cooking show then "sushi cooking class". I wished that I could have made more sushi acitvely by myself, and being taught how to make it. The English skills of Yuka were limited so that an actual teaching and informing how to make the sushi was difficult. Nevertheless, Yuka was a very nice host and tried her best providing information about the sushi and showing making it.
