"Ohagi mochi" which is Japanese traditional sweets kind of wagashi. It is coverd with red beans which is called Anko in Japanese.
I learnd how to make it from my grand mother. Her ohagi is most delicious so this experience is precious for you.
I also prepare "Hoji cha" which is one of the most popular Japanese tea. This goes very well with ohagi.

If you want, I also teach how to make roll sushi. I had been making them for a year in Australia when I was on working holidays.
I can pick you up at Kanazawa station.

Cooking Class Information

In this cooking class, you can make rice cake and anko.
First, I teach how to make a rice cake with rice cooker.
Second,we make anko while waiting for rice is cooked. Anko is made from read beans.
Third, we make the shape of rice cake then anko covers on it.
Finally, we eat them with Hoji cha.

These take around an hour and half to 2hours.
