Thanks for choosing Cook with Sundari Krishna. It will be my pleasure to host you.
I would like to provide you with the following information to make the cooking class more tailored to your needs.
1) Choice of Menu: I am vegetarian and I offer both South Indian and North Indian cooking classes. It will be helpful to know which cuisine you prefer to learn.
2) On the job training: I believe the best way of learning this art is self-learning with guidance. Hence, I will guide you with my instructions while you cook in my kitchen. I will have everything well planned out including pre-cut vegetables so that you can concentrate on learning and cooking all the delicious recipes yourselves.
3) On my table or food To-Go: After the cooking session you may either choose to have lunch or dinner on a beautifully arranged table in my residence with few more accompaniments pre cooked or carry the food back home with you.
NOTE : Extra packing charges in case you choose to carry the food back with you.
Packing charges is 300 INR For 5 take-home hygienic packages with spoons and plates.
Kindly notify me in advance as I will arrange the table or packing materials according to your preference.
4) Keep in mind:
· Please don’t forget to inform me on allergies or dietary restrictions you have. I would also like to know about your spice levels and lactose acceptance levels.
· Wearing cotton or light clothing will be really helpful to beat Chennai’s heat.
· Guests must take care of their own transport arrangements. If required, I can arrange on request for normal charges.
