Cooking Class Menu

When you book this class, you can select one of four different menu options. (Note: Only if you or your group is only attendee(s) on the day. When another group also attend the same class, you may not be able to choose the menu.).

All of the menus are very popular and well-known dishes from Japan. This activity will take about 2 hours and 30 minutes to cook everything and then enjoy the meal we made together.

At last, if you have food allergies, let us know in advance. We can discuss our menu and what options will be available to you

Sample Menus
-A: Okonomiyaki and yakisoba set with side dishes: Okonomiyaki is a savory concoction made of batter, chopped cabbage, and other ingredients sizzled in a teppan grill and served with sauces and toppings. Yakisoba, on the other hand, is a stir-fried dish with ramen noodles, typically paired with seafood or pork and vegetables and a bulky sweet and savory sauce. A side dish will be added to complete the set.

-B: Gyoza and Takoyaki set with side dishes: Japanese gyoza are crispy pan-fried dumplings. We also make takoyaki, a famous Osaka dish and a popular food at summer festivals. Yum!

-C: Rolled sushi, Teriyaki set with side dishes: Gone are the days of store-bought sushi! Roll and chop your own sushi pieces, and pair them with either yellowtail fish or chicken teriyaki and also miso soup.

-D:Traditional gozen set: This assortment of flavors and ingredients has a little of everything: a meat plate, a fish plate, a side dish, miso soup, and an onigiri rice ball. It’s perfect for those who want to learn how to make a rounded home-cooked meal the Japanese way. Yum!

-E: Upon your request (Let me know if you have any menu request other than the above choices. We can discuss and decide together.)
