Our cooking experience will involve making three dishes.
◆Deep-Fried Chicken( Karaage )
Karaage is a popular Japanese deep-fried dish made with bite-sized pieces of chicken that are marinated in soy sauce, sake, and other seasonings, then coated with a mixture of wheat flour and potato starch before being fried in oil.
The chicken is juicy and tender, while the coating is crispy and has a crunchy texture.
◆Hand-rolled sushi(temaki sushi)
Hand-rolled sushi, also known as "temaki sushi," is a popular Japanese style of sushi.
It involves rolling a sheet of nori (seaweed) around sushi rice and fillings of your choice, creating a cone-shaped or cylindrical roll.
It offers a customizable and interactive dining experience, where each person can create their own sushi rolls with their preferred ingredients.
Hand-rolled sushi is delicious and enjoyed immediately after rolling.
◆Dashimaki(Japanese egg omelette with Dashi)
Dashimaki Tamago is a Japanese dish made by baking an egg with dashi broth.
Participants will have the opportunity to actually roll the eggs themselves using a frying pan.
