Healthy dish of tofu and vegetables.
If you like sesame, you will like it even more.
Ozoni, make miso soup and add rice cakes(Mochi). Our ozoni is a simple style with simple ingredients.
Shiraae,starts with draining the tofu. Seasonal vegetables are boiled and seasoned with plenty of sesame seeds.
