In this cooking class you will put your hands into 2 recipes of pizza dough and 2 recipes of gelato.
The participants will learn techniques of rising dough and ice cream making. This lesson involves information about biological transformation and risk of bacteriological contamination.
You will learn to make real Italian food in a comfortable environment, finding great moments of fun and laughter!
The lesson is completely hands-on and the Chef will guide you in the preparation of the dishes. Everything starts from scratch (nothing is prepared in advance). You will be actively involved in the kitchen.
The lasting time of the lesson is 3 hours.
The meal is enjoyed at table with water and wine included.

She is a cook since ever, risen surrounded by natural foods and instinctive cookers. She has always found herself inside food. After more than 40 years of experience in the kitchen, she is chef teacher, being this, the profession she has been doing the last twentytwo years: "students say I am good to transmit both the passion and techniques I have gathered by experience and studies." Gigliocooking is the place that represents her concept of food and cooking as a daily natural action and not like a stressful competition
