The five hours cooking class with market tour includes welcome traditional snacks and beverages. Demonstration class in preparation of Masala Chai (Tea) followed by a guided local farmer's market tour ( conducted if we have four or more bookings for the day) showcasing different colorful and fresh fruits,herbs,vegetables and spices. Once back, there is an introduction to different spices used in day to day Indian Cuisine. This is followed by demonstration and cooking class in around five Goan & Indian regional Cuisine. The cooking class includes hard copes of recipes which is meticulously explained by Rita's Gourmet staff alongwith cooking tips. Once the cooking class is completed you enjoy a sumptuous meal. At the time of departure you are accorded a certificate of participation accompanied with Rita's Gourmet Apron. All in all it is a exclusive culinary experience not to miss when in Goa.

I love to teach exclusive Goan Cuisine as well regional Indian delicacies. I also love to impart education in preparation of Indian Flat Bread. I love to interact with people from across the globe over culinary history and culture. Goa is not only known as a tourist destination but also well known for its' Cuisine. The blend and flavour of spices and fresh ingredients are aromatic and I impart education also in the art of preparing masala, curries and chutneys.
