In our class, we will make traditional Japanese staples such as dashimaki tamago, miso soup, and rice balls.
First of all, you can experience how to make dashi, which is the basis of the deliciousness of Japanese food.
You can learn how to make it delicious. Make dashimaki tamago using dashi stock. Each person can experience making their own dashimaki tamago.
We also make grated radish for topping. Using dashi stock, we also make miso soup.
You can choose your favorite miso soup ingredients from among several types. Each person makes the standard triangular rice ball.
You can learn how to cook delicious rice and how to cook rice in a pot even if you don't have a rice cooker.
All of them are the basics of Japanese food, so you can recreate them yourself afterwards!
