In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn to make the national dish of Singapore - Hainanese Chicken Rice. You will learn to poach the chicken and cook it until it is just tender. The broth is then used to make the aromatic chicken rice, which will also be used to serve up the pork wontons, which you will also be learning to make.
You will also be making two different accompanying sauces for your chicken rice.
