Welcome drinks on arrival
For our cooking class, our guests will firstly decide from our menu, what they would like to cook prior to their arrival.
Once our guests are picked up from their hotel, a market tour is first on the agenda,(if requested). On arrival to our cafe, there will be a welcome drink followed by a Basket Boat tour of the coconut palm forest.
When our guests return, they will put on their chefs hats and aprons and learn how to prepare and cook all of their chosen dishes.
Weither it's rolling fresh spring rolls, making the stock for beef pho, bbq fresh red snapper or chicken in banana leaf, our guest are hands on, so everyone learns as they go.
With printed recipes, methods and our fantastic local chef guiding our guests, everyone will learn how to cook real vietnamese cuisine of their choice.
