If you want to know the all recipes of the dumpling, I will give it to you after the class. So please tell me it. You also can try to fry the dumpling in the frying pan with me. you will know how to turn over the dumpling from the frying pan to the big plate quickly and beautifully. It is very fun!

My gyoza story
My granma worked at a gyoza store and cooked gyoza for many years. She often cooked it for her grandchildren at home after she have quited her working life. When I was a elementary school student I begun to cook the gyoza with her. She told how to wrap the dumpling first. It was very fun and happy time with her for me. After that she told me what material to put for gyoza's ingredient. It was very good way to learn cooking it for me.
