Nyonya Laksa is a soup noodle dish originated from the intermarriage of Malay and Chinese culture known as the Peranakan culture. Made from rich coconut milk and aromatic spices; red shallots, garlic, fresh and dried chillies, dried shrimps and candlenut served with rice or egg noodles, garnished with fresh bean sprouts, cucumber, chicken slices, tofu and fresh coriander.
This dish is also suitable for vegetarian or vegan. Meat & seafood ingredient substitutes upon dietary request.
