Nasi kerabu is a malaysian rice dish, it is from the east coast of Malaysia. It is uniquely cooked with fresh local ingredients. The rice is naturally dyed blue and the colour of the whole dish combined is so beautiful.

Satay is typically a type of meat, skewered and grilled till tender and succulent. Served with peanut sauce , compressed rice , raw red onion and raw cucumber on the side. The best thing ever !
In this cooking class, I’ll show how the dishes are done traditionally and share tips and tricks to have a foolproof outcome. We will also learn how to wrap the rice the way the locals do. And a technique to skewer the meat in order for it to cook evenly. Bonus will be, I’ll share how to make our own peanut sauce from scratch and it is versatile too!
