Menus are versatile and un fixed. We try to cater the needs and likeness of our guests. The menus will depend on the availability of fresh produce of the season too.
A thali will be created with you, comprising of minimum of 5 dishes like Daals, masala curries, vegetables rice, chapatis and sweet.

In our 'Market to Table Tour' program we try to give a very authentic Indian Vegetarian Cooking Experience. Everything from sourcing our spices to buying the fresh produce we only do with our guests. For me it is very important to know your choices, and your taste to curate a menu. For that reason we have not fixed any particular menu. Though what I can tell you is that we will create a 'Thali'.
A Thali is like a platter of different varieties of food served in India. From appetizers to desserts everything is served in our Thali. Thali is like a concept and it always has things like Daal, Masala Curries, dry green vegetables, chapati, rice, sweets. from minimum of five dishes to 15 things there is no limit to create a thali. Be prepared to be surprised with the incredible food preparations and that too only Vegetarian.
