Every student gets hands-on experience with each step in the process of baking naturally leavened bread. Feeding a starter, making a leaven, mixing the dough, the bulk fermentation process, bench test, shaping the dough, final proof, and scoring and baking. And don't forget, the tasting.
I'll also explain the best method for homemade sourdough pizza and other dishes. Also, I speak Japanese and can help explain for Japanese students!
I'll outline each of the tools to use. Various alternatives to the baking vessels etc. And even offer some of the handmade local equipment for sale in class.

Hi, I'm Jordan. Many people call me Yorudan, which is my name in Japanese. I've been teaching Sourdough Workshops for five years. Sourdough is the original bread, and is the most flavourful, healthy, and storied of all breads. In class we do all the steps to make sourdough bread, and you go home with dough and starter.
