other ingredients, such as tofu,vegetable and seaweed can be added too
in this class we can cook japanse combo(teishoku).
teishoku is set meal usually comes with rice and miso soup.
to begin with ,lets work together on how to make japanese broth (dashi).
japanese dashi is so useful we can use it anything.basically we make the dashi with dried benito flakes and seeweed.
