Hi! My name is Tran , authentic and joint cooking defines what I do and I speak food language! I believe food is a perfect communication tool and a way to get to know people & culture. I have travelled the world and collected and learned local recipes. It was the best way to understand the culture and meet new friends. Through my workshops I have already met more then 500 people and I can say that food is an ambassador of friendship. Ever since I was a little kid I have observed my grandmothers and aunts preparing traditional dishes following recipes passed from generation.Cheer,
