Fresh pasta:

Fresh pasta is defined as a mixture of soft wheat flour or durum wheat semolina with water or other more or less liquid substance, in particular eggs. The definition of "fresh" comes from the fact that it contains up to 30% humidity.
Fresh pasta is of two types: semolina without eggs, or egg. Dozens of recipes are declined from these two genres and, very often, the nuances between one and the other are very subtle.

Tiramisu is a traditional sweet and agri-food product spread throughout the Italian territory, whose origins are debated and attributed above all to the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

It is a semifreddo made with ladyfingers soaked in coffee and stuffed with mascarpone mixed with eggs, sugar and whipped cream, covered with a veil of cocoa.
