Panna cotta is made with very fresh cream and comes from the area at the border with France, it testifies the deep influence other countries had on the Italian tradition, which come from a “fusion” of cultures from the Mediterranean and Central Europe through the centuries.
Carlotta
Hi, my name is Carlotta and I grew up in the kitchen with mum and granny. Cooking with me means cooking Italian. It means using genuine flavors and family recipes passed down from mother to daughter. It means getting your hands in the flour and making pasta the way my grandmother showed me. I really feel that when you are cooking me, that I am giving you an authentic spoonful of Italy.
A small stone house in the hillside above Florence, surrounded by olive trees, is the ideal place to learn what Italians really eat at home.
I invite you to enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of my cooking classes as we prepare the meal together and enjoy it.
