We will start by preparing the Causa. You’ll learn how to work with the "Amarillo" chili paste to season the mashed potatoes and how to layer the ingredients perfectly to create a beautiful, colorful starter.
Then, we will master the Lomo Saltado. I will teach you the professional "flambé" technique using a high-heat wok, which is the secret to getting that authentic smoky flavor. You’ll learn how to sauté the beef, onions, and tomatoes to keep them juicy and crunchy at the same time.
By the end of the class, you will have the skills to recreate these "Chifa" and Andean fusion flavors at home. It’s a fun, vibrant, and delicious way to learn about our culture!
