Takoyaki
Takoyaki is a snack of chopped octopus placed in a batter of flour, egg and dashi soup stock and fried.
In this cooking class, we will make takoyaki together.
Takoyaki is a very popular food among Japanese people.
First, cut up the ingredients such as vegetables and octopus and mix them with eggs and dashi.
Then, cook them in a takoyaki pan.
If you like, you can sprinkle seaweed on top and eat with sauce or mayonnaise.
If you wish, you can also change the menu like tamagoyaki, udon, ramen, etc.
We’ll meet at Maehara station and walk to my house for 8 minutes. I’ll welcome you with drinks.
After cooking, let’s have meal together with some drinks and spend a nice time with some drinks. All drinks are included in the fee.
At the class, I will explain each steps, and give you a recipe at the end of the class.
Then you can cook dishes for your family and friends back in your country.
