Chicken Nanban is made by deep-frying chicken, coating it in sweet and sour sauce, and topping it with tartar sauce. The tartar sauce is a homemade sauce made with mayonnaise and several condiments.
・Stir-fried mushrooms and eggplant with yuzu pepper
Yuzu pepper is a seasoning made from the citrus fruit yuzu and chili peppers. Garlic and vegetables are then stir-fried with it.
・Corn Rice
Cooking corn and rice together is incredibly delicious!
・Potato Shochu (IMO Shochu)
A distilled liquor made from sweet potatoes.
