In this cooking class, you will make bagels together. The bagels will be filled with Japanese-style matcha and red bean paste, punchy pepper bacon, and edamame beans, which are also used as a snack in Japan, and cheese. The bagels will be boiled in hot water halfway through and then baked in the oven. For dessert, you will be able to arrange herbs and blueberries picked from the garden on a plate as you like.
