The essential Japanese soup made from fermented soybean paste,miso. We use dark brown miso, also known as red miso, which is well known in our area.

Tsukune (chicken meatballs)
Savory and satisfying, made with ground chicken and seasonings.

Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet)
A slightly sweet, fluffy omelet. Shall we try making the rolled egg together?

Grilled Seasonal vegetables marinated in dashi – lightly grilled and marinated in a flavorful broth

Cut-out "Mizu-Yokan"
Let’s make adorable shapes using cute molds pressed into Mizu-Yokan, Azuki red bean jelly! Must be an easy and cute dessert.

    Miso Soup

    Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Certified kimono instructor Michiko will help you dress elegantly and comfortably, while Yuko, your English-speaking cooking teacher, guides you in preparing and enjoying this authentic home-style meal.
You’ll also learn Japanese dining manners and cultural tips that make this a truly immersive experience.

・If you have long hair, please wear it up. Hair accessories are available to borrow.

・Arriving late may shorten your experience—please be on time.

・To protect the kimono, avoid wearing perfume. A cleaning fee (approx. ¥5,000) may apply if odor removal is required.

・If you are pregnant, please inform us beforehand.
