Hello. My name is Alessia. I have been interested in cooking since I was 10 years old and still cooking cake swith my nonna quite almost everyday. Therefore, if bolognese cuisine, I think that I can make most menus. I like to touch different cultures, so I'd like to talk with people from various countries. i grew up in bolognaso my recipes are from the Bolognese tradition,also the wines that i've choose for your lunch\dinner.
