HIMIKA
I've been a pastry chef in Japan for 20 years. I teach how to make delicate cakes unique to Japan, based on confectionery theory. I also have experience running a confectionery class in Brisbane, Australia, so I can speak English at a level that's practical for everyday conversation.
Each class lasts two hours, and there's tea time, and at the end, you can take home the sweets you've made. Aprons and other accessories are provided, so you can participate empty-handed.
Lessons are held in a rental space renovated from an old Japanese house.
