Special "Onigiri" Bento Box with Homemade Karaage - Enjoy a Beach Picnic!
1. Onigiri (Rice Balls) cooked in a "Donabe"
We will make "Onigiri" using fluffy, glossy rice cooked in a traditional Japanese "Donabe" (clay pot). You can experience the natural sweetness and aroma of rice that only a clay pot can provide.
2. Savory and Juicy Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)
This is my signature fried chicken, perfected through many trials. It is seasoned to be savory and juicy, making it delicious even when cold! It is one of the most popular side dishes for Japanese Bento.
3. Japanese Omelet (Tamagoyaki)
A slightly sweet and fluffy Japanese-style rolled omelet. The bright yellow Tamagoyaki is a symbol of Japanese home cooking. I’ll show you the secret to rolling it beautifully!
4. Kachu-yu (Traditional Okinawa Miso Soup)
A traditional Okinawan soup that is healthy for both the body and soul. We’ll pour hot water over plenty of "Katsuobushi" (bonito flakes) to enjoy the rich aroma of "UMAMI."
• Handmade "Bingata" Chopstick Sleeve
We will prepare a special chopstick sleeve made with "Bingata" (traditional Okinawa pattern) origami.
• Stylish Wooden Bento Box
Your bento will be packed in a stylish wooden box, perfect for taking to the beach!

ami
Hi! I'm Ami from Ginowan, Okinawa.
I love "Bento"! I started this experience because I want to share the wonderful Japanese Bento culture with the world. Bentos are well-balanced, delicious even when cold, and best of all, you can enjoy them anywhere you like!
In my clean and organized kitchen, we will make Onigiri (rice balls) using rice cooked in a traditional "Donabe" (clay pot). We’ll also cook my special fried chicken (Karaage) and Japanese omelets (Tamagoyaki), which I’ve perfected through many trials.
Before and after cooking, let’s relax with Okinawan "Sanpin-tea" and a traditional soup called "Kachu-yu." After our bento is ready, I recommend taking it to the beautiful beach or a park on the hill, just a 10-minute drive away. Eating a handmade bento in Okinawa's nature will surely be a wonderful memory!
I'm looking forward to meeting you!
