In this class, we will learn how to cook Dal curry. Its a delicious and wholesome dish and eaten everyday in Indian homes.

We'll start with cooking lentils in water. While the lentils are cooking, we will prepare the onion and tomato gravy with Indian spices.

Finally, we'll mix them together.

You'll learn how to cook lentils, how long to cook onions and when to add the spices.
