Yukari

Hello. Welcome to my favorite Okinawa. I was born in Okayama and moved to Okinawa in 2014. My home is Yamashita-cho in Naha city. 10mins from naha airport. I love food. In Japanese cuisine, “umami” is considered the “fifth basic taste,” alongside sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. Also there is deep our culture behind the way we treat ingredients and tools. I look forward to seeing you and cooking together! Any questions you may have, just ask me any time. I really hope you enjoy my country.
