Having achieved a high proficiency in English, I’ve had many opportunities to talk with travelers, and I realized how much people want to experience real, mindful Japanese cooking that goes beyond typical restaurant food. I started this experience to create a space where we can connect, slow down, and enjoy making nourishing, delicious food together.
