Cooking Class Menu

Chose menu

• Tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet): A classic bento box dish made with eggs seasoned with Japanese dashi broth for a sweet and savory flavor.

• Tonjiru (pork miso soup): Miso soup with pork and vegetables. More nutritious and filling than regular miso soup.

• White rice cooked in an earthenware pot: Using an earthenware pot instead of a rice cooker results in fluffy and delicious rice.

• Curry: I make this often because my children love it. I use a sweet Japanese curry roux that's easy for children to eat.

• Yakisoba (fried noodles): Yakisoba with a sauce flavor. Noodles are stir-fried with vegetables and meat, then seasoned with sauce.

• Hamburg steak: I often add vegetables to encourage my children to eat them. Whether or not to add vegetables is up to personal preference. We often eat it with demi-glace sauce.
