Cooking Class Menu

•Dorayaki with mochi
Dorayaki is Japanese classic sweets with sweet red bean paste. It looks like a pancake, but it has a slightly different taste and texture. This time, we’ll sandwich sweet red bean paste and chewy mochi between two Dorayaki pancakes.
And I’ll prepare a variety of other toppings too, so don’t worry if red bean paste isn’t your thing.
Let’s find your favorite toppings and make your own original dorayaki.

Cooking Class Information

This time, we’ll make dorayaki and some toppings together!
First, we’ll make the batter, then bake the dorayaki pancakes.
Next, we’ll make quick mochi, called Shiratama, by rolling the dough into small balls and boiling them.
Finally, we’ll sandwich your favorite toppings between the dorayaki pancakes.
