日本人が家庭で食べているような食事です。
メインのおかずは、肉や魚の時もありますが、野菜やキノコ・豆腐などもあります。
豆皿は少量のおかずを入れるような、小さいなうつわで、そこに漬物や口直し出来るような、おかずになります。
味噌汁は米麹の味噌を中心に自家製味噌を、使用します。具は、野菜がメインになります。
デザートは地元のフルーツを中心に出します。
