Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. About Host

KEIKO

“Enjoy the Seasons of Misaki Town! Welcome to a limited kitchen experience, only 1–2 times a month.”

Ichigo-san, a popular local chef, prepares meals at the Misaki Town Community Center kitchen just 1–2 times a month.
Her dishes, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region, are so popular that lunches sell out immediately on the day of service.

Now, you have the chance to join her for a special AirKitchen experience.

On the day of the experience, you’ll have a rare opportunity to learn Japanese cooking while helping Ichigo-san in the kitchen, timed with her lunch service.
You’ll prepare a special menu full of local ingredients from Misaki Town, and, of course, enjoy tasting the dishes you helped create.

This is more than just cooking—it’s a unique time to savor authentic, healthy Japanese cuisine, packed with the flavors and charm of the local area.
