"Make my day cooking lab was established in 2015. Wayne is our main chef/instructor, who started learning and cooking when he lived in Melbourne as an overseas student. He gained various cooking experiences culturally and technically.
In late 2016, we designed a cooking class specifically for tourists. We interpret the meaning of “cultural exchange” into something more precise and valuable. We think not only cooking Taiwanese dishes is a must-do activity, but taking a stroll in a crowded traditional daily fresh market, and shop and eat like local, as well as having a long pervasive conversation over the meal with the cooking teacher."
