Introduction: "Sallam! I am Edwina, a re-invented Australian, living in Marrakech since 2002, after buying a riad in the medina to have a cooking school and culinary holiday destination for foodie, guests. We also offer pre booked, degustation dinners! We are really "All About the Food!" We teach modern edgy Moroccan food as well as a traditional over coals class in a remote olive growing hamlet, on Wednesdays. There is no better or more enjoyable way, than coming together in celebration of wonderfully prepared food or holidaying way off the tourist trail, picnicking and eating, cooking and being, doing and seeing..amazing!"
