On the eastern side of Ikebukuro is the Sky Circus sunshine observatory. It’s an amazing place whose architecture consists of a Shopping Centre, an office building, aquarium, and an observatory at the 60th floor of the building. 

The building itself is nearly 240 meters high. It was one of the tallest buildings in East Asia when it was built back in 1978.

The whole 60th floor of this place is called the Sky Circus and it’s most certainly worth a visit.
