Chirashi-sushi
This is a kind of Japanese sushi.
When we have a cerebrate day,
I can cook this. I prepare the big Oke,which is made of wood.
First I spread vinegar rice,next tuna freak, slice of cucumber,baked eggs, then row fish, boils sea food.

Chikuzen-nimono
From fall season to winter season in Japan, we have a lot of fresh vegetables and rice.
I bake chicken with sesame oil then add Satoimo means a kind of potato,carrots gobo,
konnyaku with shoyu,sake,and dashi. Then mix and boil about 20min.

Kurigohan
Chestnut rice.In Fall season we can get chestnut in the hill.
I make rice with dashi,chestnut and fried tofu. It’s very good taste and healthy.

    Japanese popular alcoholic drink must be Sake, or called Nihonshu, made from fermented rice. The foundation of good sake is quality rice, clean water, koji mold and yeast. Premium sake differentiates itself in quality of ingredients and production process, so that flavors ranges light and crisp to richer, fruity notes.

In this class we can make a big sushi dish and nimono
1.cook the sushi rice with vinegar.
2.baked eggs then cut the vegetables and see food.
3.Prepare the chikuzen-ni.
Baked chicken add cutting vegetables with dashi. shoyu.sake.sugar.

can cook Kenchinjiru soup .
We prepare the simple easy
Japanese food at my house.

I’m going to pick up the Omiya station in east.
Then let’s go to the supermarket.
You can touch the Japanese cultures.
We get many items and go to my house.
Washing items and cutting.
After that we cook and set the table.let’s eat and talk about our
countries and cultures.
