Miso soup is made by adding vegetables, tofu, wakame, etc., and simmering it in dashi stock.Finally, miso is added and simmered. When creating character bentos, we make bentos for events such as Christmas and Halloween. For example, for Halloween lunch boxes, we make ghost rice balls, red sausage mummies, and pumpkin jack-o-lans. I will explain while looking at the sample. I make about 3 side dishes, such as fried eggs and simmered vegetables.
