Japanese cake with sushi
We have a lot of kind of sushi in Japan.
This time I’ll try to make Oshi sushi.
We can use sushi box.
Of course everyone can makes original sushi cake.

We’re going to try to make temari sushi and Oshizushi in this time.
After you get the Omiya station,let’s go to the supermarket.
We’ll buy fresh fish and vegetables.
After that we prepare the fish and vegetables with cutting
Then we cook vinegar rice.
and use a sushi’s box.
Everybody puts into the seafood,rice, pickles rice,so on.
Finally we try to upside down.
and take out the box.
Put it on the dishes.
Decorating with the colorful items.

Temari sushi looks like sushi’s ball.
We prepare the rice balls and
Put the fish, vegetables, ham
so on the rice balls.
Of course you can make and
eat easily, and it is fun.
Next this is the Oden pot.
All of the Odendane put in the pot with dashi,shoyu,sake,milin.
Then boiled 40min.
In Osaka this dish is very famous food in winter time .
