Gyoza
Gyoza is a Japanese home-cooked dish in which minced pork or vegetables are wrapped in a wrapper made of flour and then fried.
In this class, we make gyoza. Janpanese dumplings are fried instead of boiled. The inside is juicy and the outside is crispy. Wrapping is a little difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it well. Let's have fun making it together. After having dumplings make a dessert using rice cakes mochi is made from scratch.Let’s eat it topped with red bean paste and strawberries. It's sure to be a fun memory of Japan for both adults and children. Enjoy!!!

★★★★★We had a great time cooking with Maki and we felt very lucky that she and her husband invited us in their beautiful home with their cute dog. Maki is such a nice and lovely person. She guided us through the process of making vegetarian gyozas and Mochi (which were not part of the booking) - very delicious! In addition she gave us some local foods and self-made sauces to try and teached us some japanese expressions. We had good talks and a lot of fun. We definitely recommend cooking with Maki!
