Gyoza is a Japanese home-cooked dish in which minced pork or vegetables are wrapped in a wrapper made of flour and then fried.
In this class, we make gyoza. Janpanese dumplings are fried instead of boiled. The inside is juicy and the outside is crispy. Wrapping is a little difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it well. Let's have fun making it together. It's sure to be a fun memory of Japan for both adults and children.
