In this workshop, you will learn two classic sushi varieties: nigiri sushi and maki sushi.

We will craft three exquisite nigiri sushi pieces using the finest seasonal ingredients. The toppings, which change daily, showcase the vibrant flavours of the ocean and the land.

Maki Sushi: A California Roll

Next, we will venture into maki sushi, creating a beloved favourite: the California roll. This delightful roll features a harmonious blend of avocado, cucumber, imitation crab meat, and sesame seeds, all encased in a layer of seaweed.

Styles of sushi and its presentation vary widely, but the key ingredient is "sushi rice", also referred to as shari (しゃり), or sumeshi (酢飯).
