Create a variety of Nigiri by yourself, choosing from tuna, salmon, shrimp, squid, sea bream, and scallop. I'll teach you how to make a beautiful sushi platter, with selections varying based on what's fresh.
In this hands-on class, you'll make all sushi yourself, with guidance to ensure your sushi turns out beautifully!
