Hello. This is a SmileApron. I lead a cooking class in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. The location is a 10-minute walk from Matsuyama Castle Ropeway Terminal and a 3-minute walk from Higashi Police Station-mae Station. Have fun cooking in the large rental kitchen overlooking the Japanese garden. We will lend you aprons and hand towels, so you can participate empty-handed. We cater to a wide range of groups, from small groups to large groups. We will introduce you to healthy and delicious Japanese food devised by a registered dietitian with 25 years of experience. You can choose from a wide repertoire of menus, from local sweets from Ehime and Matsuyama to authentic Japanese and local cuisine. We use a lot of local ingredients and products, and you can even purchase your favorite ingredients, so you can recreate the taste of Ehime at home. We will provide an interpreter to accommodate people from many different countries, so there is no need to worry if you do not understand Japanese. Please feel free to join us.
