1)Niku-Jyaga
Typical Japanese home cooking. Mainly, potatoes and beef are cooked in Japanese broth and seasoned with soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar. All the Japanese people love this dish. It's worth trying if you are a Japanese food lover.
2)Fish Teriyaki
Teriyaki must be one of the popular Japanese cooking abroad. At Cookery A-Five, you can learn the easiest but most delicious way to cook Teriyaki.
3)Pork sauteed with Ginger sauce
Thin slices of pork are sauteed with soy sauce flavored ginger sauce. This is also a very popular dish for Japanese people.

4)Soboro Don
Scrambled egg and minced chicken cooked with soy sauce, etc. are on top of rice. Don means a bowl and it is used for a bowl of a dish served with rice topped with various ingredients. Gyu-don (Beef bowl) is popular abroad.

5)Obento
Obento is a Japanese style lunch box.
You can learn how to make typical type of Japanese lunch.

6)Yakisoba & Okonomiyaki
One of the casual dishes very popular in Osaka area. Yakisoba is a noodle cooked with cabbage and seafood or pork seasoned with Japanese worcestershire sauce. Okonomiyaki is like a savory pancake. Main ingredients are flour, egg and cabbage.

7)Gyoza & Ramen
Many travelers love these dishes. Ramen in our class is a clear chicken soup which is lighter and not so oily as you can eat at the Ramen shops.

8)Flower sushi
When you cut the this rolled sushi, you will find a lovely flower. Main ingredients are ham and smoked salmon.

9)Onigiri
Rice ball with fillings. At convenient stores in Japan, you can easily buy onigiri but one that's made at home are tasty and easy to make.

10)Japanese curry topped with Pork
Cutlet
We will cook the curry from scratch and will deep fry the pork.

11)Vegetarian dishes
Main ingredients will be Tofu and vegetables.

    Ramen

    Ramen is a noodle soup dish and perhaps one of the most popular Japanese dishes. There are many flavours of ramen, such as Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, Miso ramen, Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen and so on. Common toppings are Chashu (braised pork), Negi (green onion) and Nori (dried seaweed).

    Gyoza

    Gyoza is a dumpling using wrapping thing dough to hold the inner ingredients. Most commonly, minced pork, cabbage, Garlic and Leek. The origin of Gyoza is from China but it has evolved uniquely in Japan and now quite different from the Chinese one.

    Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake, made with flour, eggs, shredded cabbage, meat and toppings as you like. This variability is reflected in the dish's name: "okonomi" literally means "to one's liking". You can eat it everywhere in Japan, but especially Okonomiyaki made Hiroshima style and Osaka style are the most famous.

While you are having Japanese tea, I will give you basic description of Japanese seasonings.
We will cook and have lunch together.
