About Host

I'm COCO.

II have over 20 years of professional experience in Japanese cuisine.
In my cooking experiences, you will do more than simply cook and enjoy a meal. You will also learn the essential foundations of Japanese cuisine,
including:
・How to cook delicious Japanese rice
・How to make authentic dashi using kombu and bonito flakes
・How to handle and prepare Japanese ingredients
・The fundamental techniques and principles of Japanese cooking

You will also discover the reasons behind Japanese cooking traditions, such as why kombu and bonito flakes are used together to make dashi.

As we cook together, I will share the knowledge, techniques, and food culture that have been passed down through generations—things that cannot be fully understood from a recipe alone.

Beginners are very welcome.
